The PAN EUROPEAN LAMPBANK is a conglomerate, a strategic alliance, of manufacturers of lighting products in the widest sense. Our shareholders are also shareholders in some of the manufacturing facilities. The company  emphasizes on strong marketing using the strength of all factories together in achieving a marketshare of at least 5% within the EC Market before 2013, which would represent annual sales of more than US$ 350 million and 5% of global markets before 2020.

Each factory has it own strengths but can cover only a small part of requirements whereas markets require a COMPLETE offer, also in attempts to reduce the number of suppliers for their lighting needs.

Different brands are used for different marketing techniques to different market-segments. Besides the main market of general lighting, more than 100 niche markets are being served. This is done within the EC with the help of valued Distributors in Europe who enjoy exclusivity within a territory and/or for specific type of customers. Those distributors enjoy trading margins and benefits of multi level marketing that allow them to spend enough time on CUSTOMER SERVICE, a key word in our organisation. Lighting and lamps are so diverse that the personal advice from expert to user is of more and more importance. To be able to give maximum service they are well educated on all aspects of lighting. A part of those tutorial aspects can be found elsewhere on this website under the heading of Education.  

Some of these ditributors have been importers themselves before of lighting and lamps and have opted to join us because of the same philosophy that the manufacturers have and that is to be STRONG TOGETHER. It is more beneficial to have a marketshare of 5% in a smaller territory with much higher CUSTOMER SATISFACTION than to have a neglectable share in a wider market. Capability to finance plays an important role and we offer decent credits and terms to qualified partners.

Outside the EC market we are appointing Franchisees  that aim at developing distributioncenters within the continents that they serve. In a somewhat distant future this will also lead to more headquarters in other continents like the upcoming PAN AMERICAN LAMPBANK.

We are a non discriminative organisation that invites any suppliers, be it big or small sized, to REGISTER as  possible Suppliers to our company. We are building a system whereby enquiries are automatically generated and emailed to those suppliers who have registered in a certain category of products. Since urgent needs often arise, price is certainly not the only factor.

Company Goals

1)To show double digit growth every year and to reach a global presence with sales of 1 billion US-dollars before the year 2018.

2)To liaise with at least 200 distributors that will cover 80% of the European market by the year 2011.

3)To liaise with at least 100 distributors in the United States of America that will cover at least 80% of the market by the year  2013.

4)To have 80% of the rest of the world covered by franchisees before the year 2018. 

Business Philosophy

We believe that doing business is working with people and working with people is working with sentiment. Hence our business is like a family where all support all with respect and dignity and always willing to listen to others.

 

Competition

We aim and strive to take a 5% global market share, not so much by taking it away from the big brothers in the industry but by taking 25% of the small brothers by following a vision, better organization structures, better services and assistance to the customers.
