The LOHUIS LAMPBANK is one of the fastest developing lighting companies in China now. We have our own manufacturing facilities LOHUIS - TECNON in Xiamen and LOHUIS ADVANCED LIGHTING (CHINA) Ltd in Shanghai.

The center of all companies is the LOHUIS LAMPBANK (CHINA) Ltd with the headoffice in Xiamen and with branch-offices in Shanghai, Ningbo, Guzhen, Shenzhen, Hangzhou and Beijing.

In agreement with the China Government, we are setting new quality regulations for the lighting products we need from China in close co-operation with the NLTC laboratories in Beijing. The Lohuis Lampbank is developing as a one stop supplier for all the lighting needs with a network of franchisees and distributors from all over the world using the products from hundreds of factories scattered all over China.

We aim at becoming one of the largest suppliers from China with a target of 10% of all lighting products exported from China which would account for US$ 800 million per year based on the total Chinese exports in this commodity in the year 2005.

To reach our goals we are in constant need for new members in our HUMAN RESOURCE TEAM. This is a team of people which are located all over China and who qualify in the following aspects:

1) EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS

All members of our team speak and write fluent in English which allows them to communicate with our customers, franchisees and distributors. Each member of the team will be assigned to take care of the needs of a number of our customers.they will be allocated a product and a territory to serve.We welcome also people with knowledge of all other languages.

2) KNOWLEDGE OF LIGHTING PRODUCTS

All members of our team have some knowledge about lighting from their previous work experence. They know a little about everything but preferably they know a lot about some specific products or group of products to have the capability of good information rendering to our customers.

If you answer is YES to at least ONE of the above qualifications then you may qualify as a new member of our team. This job can even be done from the comfort of your house as long as you have a computer and good knowledge of the internet and emails. We will assign you your own emailbox within lampbank.nl and you can start working immediately.

We pay you a basic salary for every hour you spend working in our team and very attractive bonus when you get involved in the actual dealing with our customers.

The attractive BONUS is always paid to at least 3 members of the team who, jointly, service the customer in his needs. A part of the bonus goes to the COMMUNICATOR who deals with the customer; a part of the bonus goes to the PRODUCT MANAGER, who keeps an eye on specifications to avoid misunderstanding between customer and factory, and another part of the bonus is paid to the QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER who will visit the factory to make sure that all is well with the goods that have been ordered by the customer.

In the beginning you maybe able to combine this job with your existing job and you can work for it in your free hours until the work is so much that you decide to work full time with and for us in the LOHUIS FAMILY.
