For us a franchisee is a company that duplicates our work in certain countries to his own country in the world.

The franchisee is outside the European Union and outside the United States of America and will work in his own agreed territory with distributors and setmakers.

The franchisee, by agreement, will have the right and the duty to use the concept of the LAMPBANK and will offer the same services in his part of the world. He will nominate distributors and setmakers in his own country like we do in Europe.

He will use his own web site or have us make one for him with an on-line shopping center (now under construction in China) like we have in Europe. He will be notified automatically by email when orders from his country have been placed in the shopping center on his web site.

He will have direct communication to all the factories, exort organisations and distribution centres that are liaised with us and will  place orders directly with them and use the services of LOHUIS LAMPBANK (CHINA) Ltd.
