As I mentioned elsewhere the PAN EUROPEAN LAMPBANK and all the other LAMPBANKS are a conglomerate, a STRATEGIC ALLIANCE of manufacturers in lamps and lighting (there are now so far already more than 500 involved in this set-up) together with networks of marketing structures that sell the products in the different markets.

In this beautiful 21th century we have a major communication tool which is the INTERNET with its www, the world wide web. Within this world wide web the PAN EUROPEAN LAMPBANK is building its own world wide lighting web, a web where eventually thousands of manufacturers, agents, distributors, setmakers and franchisees will be linked together for mutual benefit and will be serving millions of customers world-wide. Recently instructions have been given to very professional webdesigners to create the SHOPPING CENTER WEBSITE which will be actvitaed in the middle of 2007 or earlier if posible. It will be the greatest thing ever achieved as thousands of factories will be uploading their products and PRICES and will show the approvals, CE, UL, RoHS and everything they have, item by item. For traders and consumers it will be an unbelievable source of information. Our franchisees and distributors will one time inform us of the MULTIPLIER, sothat a factory price can automatically be translated into a local price in local currency for an interested consumer anywhere in the world.

The Lampbank, as a spider in the MIDDLE of this lightingweb, helps and co-ordinates all parties involved; for the factories to optimize production and sales; for the selling parties to optimize availability of the products, information about those products, quality control of those products, strategic branding of the products, education and tutorials about the products and where possible and necessary financing of the flow of products between factories and final customers.

For consumers this lightingweb will become a centralized point of information where they can find the latest developments in lighting products, where they can find the largest and broadest offer in lighting products, and where they can buy those products with a quick delivery from a seling point as close as possible to where they are located.

For us a distributor is a company that sells ALL THE PRODUCTS under the guidance of a FRANCHISEE in his nearby smaller market place.

For us a setmaker is a company that sells a LIMITED SELECTION OF SPECIALIZED PRODUCTS in lamps and lighting from stock to a niche market but world wide or has a range of lighting products in a wider sense but with added value like the BRANDING of the products, KNOW HOW and/or HIS MARKETING CONCEPT.

For us an agent is a factories' representative that sells THE PRODUCTS IN THE BRAND OF THE FACTORY from stock in a certain country or in another agreed territory.

D) FRANCHISEE

For us a franchisee is a company that duplicates our work in another part of the world. The franchisee is outside the European Union and will work in his own agreed territory with distributors and setmakers.
